Pure Resourcing Solutions (Pure) takes your privacy seriously. Please read this Privacy policy and our Cookies policy. Together, they explain our data protection policy and describe how we’ll use any personal data we collect from you or that you provide to us.
All activity on www.prs.uk.com (our website) is logged and monitored to help keep personal information secure and to ensure that Pure complies with its obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 (the DPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (the GDPR) from May 2018. Information we hold about you and how we’ll use it
We will collect data about you, both personal data (such as your name and contact details) and also special categories of data (such as information in your CV). The personal data and special categories of data will be stored, processed, used and disclosed by us in the following ways:

How long we hold information about you
We are required by law to hold your information for as long as is necessary to comply with our statutory and contractual obligations and in accordance with our legitimate interests as a data controller.
We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that your Personal Data is maintained and up to date. However, you are under a duty to inform us of any and all changes to your Personal Data to ensure that it is up to date and we will update or delete your Personal Data accordingly.

Google Analytics collects visitation data and associates it with Google information from accounts of signed-in users who have consented to this association for the purpose of ads personalisation, Google Signals and detailed device and location data. This sharing is to measure the performance of advertisements issued by our company.
Customer data is collected and shared as hashed data in a privacy-friendly way with third-parties (such as Google). This sharing is to measure the performance of advertisements issued by Pure.
Security and safe storage of your personal information
Once we’ve received your information, we'll use appropriate procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet isn’t completely secure. Although we endeavour to protect your personal data, we can't guarantee the security of data transmitted over the internet. Any transmission of data is at your own risk.
Information supplied by you to us, or that we collect about you, may be transferred and stored by us or contractors for the purpose of providing services to you outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs we use the model clauses as issued by the European Commission or other appropriate safeguards where applicable.
