New figures show that more than a fifth of adults aged between 16 and 64 in the UK aren’t actively looking for work. That’s more than nine million people. Claire Bush, one of our Managing Consultants, recently spoke to Radio Norfolk about why that’s happening, and what it means for people who are on the hunt for a new job.
