Fifteen HR Directors from across the Eastern region attended a dinner hosted by Pure at its Cambridge office.

The invite-only event was held on 7 December and organised by Caroline Batchelor, associate director and HR recruitment specialist at Pure. The aim was to provide an opportunity for senior HR professionals to come together at an informal event where they could discuss topical issues and network with peers.

The topics covered at the event included diversity in the workplace and supporting boards through growth. The dinner proved so successful that Pure has confirmed it will be rolled out as a regular event for the future - adding to its already extensive calendar of events designed to support businesses across the region. 

Caroline Batchelor said: “We wanted to create an event which would bring together leading HR Directors in the region and provide them with a relaxed environment in which they could discuss key topics. It went extremely well and we are now planning on hosting a session every few months. We would be very interested in hearing from any other HR Directors who would like to join in the discussions and attend future events.”
