Pure Resourcing Solutions, specialist professional services recruitment consultancy, has appointed Claire Bush as the newest member of its expanding Financial Services division and recruited Anna Hill as the consultancy's new marketing manager.

Joining the company's Norwich office, Claire brings over 12 years experience in specialist consultancy recruitment to the role. She previously worked for high profile London consultancies including Crone Corkill and Elizabeth Hunt.

On joining Pure Resourcing Solutions, Claire said "My move to Pure has been incredibly easy due to their reputational standing within the region. It makes for a great working environment when an agency is held in such high regard. Pure is extremely well networked and the client base and demand is already there. That leaves me to do the important work, which is looking after our clients.

She added "Moving from London to Norfolk, the key aim for me was to find an agency that really offered a boutique and specialist consultancy service to their clients. Pure stood out from other companies in the region, offering specialist knowledge and a higher quality of service and I'm delighted to be working with them."

Claire, from Norwich, will be working in insurance and financial services, with a range of clients from large insurance and financial advisors to smaller independent companies.

Pure Resourcing Solutions financial services division helps businesses, such as insurance, pension firms and specialist mortgage providers to find experienced claims managers, account handlers, underwriters and project managers to fill vacancies. Pure also provides financial services businesses with director level recruitment for roles such as change management leaders, finance directors and business development directors.

The consultancy's new marketing manager, Anna Hill, will work across all of Pure Resourcing Solutions offices in Norwich, Cambridge, Ipswich and Chelmsford.  Anna, from Cambridge, will be responsible for a wide range of activities across the marketing mix including brand, marketing communications, social media and direct marketing.
