An exciting opportunity has arisen working with a forward thinking, commercial business in Norwich for a Credit Controller. This role works as part of an accounting team, where the people are welcoming and fun to work with.
Part time hours, flexible and hybrid.

Responsibility for credit control activities such as:
  • Chasing overdue invoices via phone calls and emails
  • Allocating receipts
  • Dispatching customer statements on a monthly basis
  • Running credit checks
  • Dealing with queries, providing ad-hoc support to Purchase & Sales Ledger functions and administration duties as required.
  • Improving current processes.

This role will suit an individual with some similar experience and who is keen to always deliver high levels of customer service.
You will have ability to work accurately whilst under pressure, self-start and manage own workload.
Strong IT skills across all Microsoft Office applications and Sage accounts experience essential.
