Our programmes
Careers are at the heart of everything we do. But we’re also keen to give back to the communities we work in. We do that by creating development opportunities and programmes for individuals and organisations, and by being a responsible business and employer. Here’s some more information about how we go beyond recruitment.

We created Best Employers Eastern Region in 2012. From humble beginnings as an employee engagement survey, it’s now a force for culture and organisational change – one which businesses across the eastern region rely on to shape their people strategies. Produced in partnership with psychometric experts eras ltd, Best Employers is the go-to programme for measuring and improving the employee experience.

We were one of the first recruitment companies to create a programme specifically for senior female leaders. The Women’s Leadership Programme helps them build confidence, develop their leadership skills and expand their professional networks. It also offers businesses a unique opportunity to empower their female talent and create greater diversity at board level.

Supporting the communities we’re a part of
Giving back to our local communities has been important to us since Pure began in 2002. So we regularly donate, volunteer and fundraise for local causes through events and team activities.
And because we always want to go the extra mile, we also encourage our people to do their own individual challenges for charity. Once they’ve been with us for two years, we offer them paid time-off for a charity challenge. We even start them off with a donation of up to £250.
